How can i track my order?

Log into your account and you will see our new "tracking" feature in the enhanced customer account center.

You may now track your orders via the chat feature in the lower right hand corner of your browser as well.

What is the best way to contact PinkPro Beauty?

You will get the quickest response by utilizing the chat feature, with the icon located in the lower right corner of your browser. Send us a message and we will answer your question as quickly as possible during business hours of Monday-Friday 8am to 5pm CST. Messages sent after hours will be returned the following business day.

Can I call and speak with a customer care representative?

Absolutely. Call 1-888-339-7791 to speak with one of our customer care representatives during business hours. We are proud to have experience cosmetologist on staff to assist you.

HOW CAN I SHOP ON PINKPROBEAUTY.COM?

In order to shop with us, you must be a licensed salon professional or cosmetology student and have an account with PinkPro Beauty Supply. 

If you don't currently shop with PinkPro Beauty, you can apply for an account by completing our New Customer Account Application form.

I FORGOT MY PASSWORD. WHAT DO I DO?

Click Account in the Upper right hand corner of any page and click on the forgot password link. Enter your email address and an email will be sent to you with a link to reset your password.

Please make sure to check your spam/junk/promo folders as some email providers heavily filter emails.

If you need additional assistance please send us a message via our chat feature located in the bottom right corner of your browser.

HOW CAN I UPDATE MY ACCOUNT INFORMATION?

With our new enhanced customer accounts, you can edit or change your business/personal information at any time by logging into your account.

IS MY CREDIT CARD INFORMATION SAFE?

Yes! All of your credit card information is encrypted and submitted via our payment processor. No credit card information is stored by PinkPro Beauty Supply, only special tokens on the side of the payment processor, that can be used on our site only. The token instructs the payment processor to use a credit card, but it does not contain any of your credit card details.

WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING RATES?

Our shipping rates are calculated based on the total weight of your package, the distance the package is traveling and the specified carrier.  Please refer to the shopping cart for accurate shipping rates of each particular order.

We encourage you to take advantage of FREE SHIPPING with any order greater than $89.

Why is my promo code not working?

If your promo code is not working, there are several possible reasons for this issue:

  • Excluded or Restricted Items: Some promo codes may have restrictions or exclusions based on vendor policies. If you have items in your cart that are excluded or restricted by the vendor's policy, the promo code may not apply to those specific products.

  • Sale Items: Promo codes may not be applicable to products that are already on sale. If there are items in your cart that are discounted due to an ongoing sale, the promo code will not work on those items.

  • Intro Kits and Excluded Products: Some promo codes may exclude specific categories of products, such as intro kits. If the items in the cart fall into these excluded categories, the promo code won't apply to them.
