The events of 2020 have changed how we do business as a distributor, and we have seen how drastically it has changed for salons too. But, troubles with staffing, shipping, and forecasting for the future have made our communication practices stronger. With the lasting effects of CoVid-19 in mind, here’s how we think you can keep your shelves full.

#1 Place larger orders, less frequently.

Pre-booking clients, scheduling consultations first, and planning ahead of time can assure your products will arrive on time, even with unexpected shipping delays.

#2 Shop early in the day.

Shopping doesn’t have senior hours online! Ordering first thing in your day means your order will get processed, packed, and shipped the same day. At PinkPro, we strive to get it on the truck the same day if you order before 2PM CST ?. Placing orders early in the week may also help ensure your products don’t sit in a hot truck all weekend.

#3 Plan your promotions.

Look at what holidays or seasons are upcoming and plan your promotions at least one month in advance. That way, when you place your “larger quantity, less frequent order”, you know what you will need. Order up on items you are putting on discount and see what PinkPro has on promo like holiday kits or prom hair accessories.

#4 Change your shipping address.

Shipping to your salon may help your shipping time if it is not deemed residential.

#5 Rotate your stock.

Make sure to check expiration dates on product you already have, and when buying restock, place new items in back. Longevity of your products is important to make sure they work to their full potential! What changes have you made in your salon?
