HOW CAN I SHOP ON PINKPROBEAUTY.COM?
In order to shop with us, you must be a licensed salon professional or cosmetology student and have an account with PinkPro Beauty Supply.
If you don't currently shop with PinkPro Beauty, you can apply for an account by completing our New Customer Account Application form.
I FORGOT MY PASSWORD. WHAT DO I DO?
Click Account in the Upper right hand corner of any page and click on the Forgot Password? link. Enter your email address and an email will be sent to you with a link to reset your password.
HOW CAN I UPDATE MY ACCOUNT INFORMATION?
In order to change your name, business type, license information or email address, you will need to contact a Customer Care team member by calling 1.888.339.7791 or simply email us.
IS MY CREDIT CARD INFORMATION SAFE?
Yes! All of your credit card information is encrypted and submitted to the PCI compliant credit card processor, X-Payments (www.x-payments.com), to process your credit card. No credit card information is stored by PinkPro Beauty Supply, only special tokens on the side of the payment processor, that can be used on our site only. The token instructs the payment processor to use a credit card, but it does not contain any of your credit card details.
WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING RATES?
Our shipping rates are calculated based on the total weight of your package, the distance the package is traveling and the specified carrier. Please refer to the shopping cart for accurate shipping rates of each particular order.
WHERE CAN I SEND SALES TAX CERTIFICATES?
